Attempting to set up Warframe on your laptop is tricky because it’s already running on your server. You’re seeing only the game mode and not the download option, which isn’t displaying properly. This setup issue is confusing—can you tell me more about the steps you tried so far?

You visited the store directly and attempted to download it, likely thinking it was free.

Clicking right on the games section in your library will let you install it even if the default is streaming. On the games' own page, there should be a dropdown next to "stream" where you can select "install on this machine." Refer to the image labeled under spoiler. Spoiler

I attempted those recommendations, ended up removing it from another PC, then closed Steam in Task Manager, stopped it there, restarted it, and finally managed to install on the laptop. Fortunately, my internet speed is sufficient so it wasn’t a major issue. Still an irritating little glitch.
