Someone has noticed that steam consumes a significant portion of your actual internet speed during downloads. With 30MB of bandwidth, you're only getting about 3MB of download speed. It seems like a misunderstanding.

You have complete download access. Ryan from PCper also offers gigabit speeds. It’s either your ISP or your device, not the valve.

You're mixing up Mb and MB, but remember, network speeds are shown in megabits per second.

Sometimes it runs at maximum velocity, but other times it slows down. Your provider could be limiting bandwidth if they notice heavy usage. Usually it performs well at around 35Mbps.
