he just picked up rumors from friends and didn’t actually try the sites himself. he got over 50 keys and everything worked perfectly, never had a problem. he still thinks g2play is pirated while he believes humblebumble and bundlestars are safe.

Of course, I understand your point. It's unlikely a platform like G2A would distribute pirated keys broadly, yet it's still important to avoid making overly broad claims that probably aren't accurate.

some sellers might have pirated keys, but when you check G2play you can see how many valid keys they’ve sold—like 10,000 transactions with 5-star ratings. it’s clear, so avoid buying from sites that haven’t sold keys or have bad reviews. those keys are still real, just like someone stealing candy and selling it (if you bought from the thieves, there’s no refund or chargeback). stick to sellers who have sold at least 500 keys with positive feedback. i can assure you none of these keys are fake; they’re genuine.

Do you have evidence supporting these claims? Reports from Kotaku and Totalbiscuit confirmed the same outcome. Many keys are stolen, and he sold over 500 copies. https://www.kotaku.com.au/2016/07/g2a-sc...game-keys/

This information matches what you've seen before. It doesn't prove Sony isn't legitimate; a single breach doesn't reflect overall trustworthiness.

The group G2A is promoting the sale of pirated material. Your support contributes to illegal distribution.

You're as stubborn as you like, but I'm finished with this. If you're still unsure, create a thread or something and let people vote—real buyers are the ones who actually support piracy. Using genuine keys doesn't back it up, and supporting piracy hurts the community.

The information is accurate, though it's causing financial issues for many publishers due to credit card chargebacks.

THERE ARE NO STOLEN ACCOUNTS. It’s legitimate to obtain keys that can only be redeemed once, such as Windows OEM keys. If you’re convinced, go purchase some Windows OEM keys and reach out to Microsoft about it. You’ll find it easy to verify its legitimacy without chargebacks. If you truly believe it’s pirated, you should be able to confirm it quickly. You can’t avoid this if you’re certain it’s unauthorized. This discussion isn’t relevant here since it doesn’t support the topic, and you haven’t provided any evidence. It seems based purely on your opinion.
