Linky: http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds Refunds on DLC: In-game purchases (right now only for Valve titles but other devs can enable it) and pre-orders: Steam Wallet funds (presumably putting the unused money back on your bank account?): This is great news. For the longest time people complained about not getting refunds for digital content and now Valve seems to have listened to it. Awesome.

It's time to purchase items from G2A and get paid in full. Quick!

The refund rule only covers games saved in your Steam library, not those you’ve deleted (light grey), which bothers a lot because many games I no longer need take days to reload.

I recommend including a 15 to 30 minute countdown feature. This way, you know exactly how much time remains before the game ends. If the game doesn’t go well or isn’t as expected, you’ll have a clear idea of the remaining time.
