I read the article on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam/comments/..._on_steam/). Since I wasn’t at home, I logged in on my laptop and everything switched to Russian right away. I’m hoping my payment details aren’t being misused.

Really, you're correct... I have access to a user's account date for someone I don't know... I might be able to adjust their Steam protection settings... wow!

Didn't it be the script kiddies I thought about who also aimed to disrupt PSN and Xbox Live? At least you can't purchase and add games from the cart.
