Steam applications now seem to load more slowly, taking around 13-15 seconds instead of the usual 3-5 seconds. No one seems to know why it’s the only Steam games available right now.

I would try it, though I faced issues before with fragmenters taking over a day just to defragment 1% of my hard drive.

Yes, it's similar to the defraggler, but with much faster loading—around 3 to 5 seconds. That indicates your Steam games are running on an SSD.

It's odd how your drive's performance dropped so much. Have you looked at its thermal readings with Speccy?

It happened unexpectedly, I just added the game to the Steam library section instead of using desktop icons, and it worked smoothly. However, the desktop icons seem to load more slowly.
