yes steam responded and told me that my "friend" should resend the gift. soo idk but i saw in steam there was some connection problems and other stuff ,so i dont know maybe it will be fixed tomorrow (i also couldnt connect into my inventory, so i restarted steam and couldnt log in) also if i only put in this https :// store steampowered com /account/ ackgif (without all the numbers and stuff) i get the same massage and for g2a , im only waiting for seller response
You're clearly in the lead. Did you attach a screenshot of Steam's reply along with your g2a claim?
i have to first wait for the seller to respond within 3 days,if he doesnt, i have to deal with g2a support team
I face the same issue again. I purchased the key from g2a as well. I filed a ticket with Steam and G2A support. I plan to wait another 1-2 days and file a chargeback via PayPal unless the seller replies on G2A. Also, advise others not to buy from that platform—it's not worth the trouble for the small savings.
