In short, I moved into a place with poor Wi-Fi and no Ethernet. I got a Wi-Fi adapter but it doesn’t work on Windows 10 or 7. I’m using a VM and connecting via the adapter. When trying to play GTA 5 Single Player, I see a message saying Rockstar servers aren’t available. Is there another way to resolve this?

You need to be online in the Rockstar Social Club to access GTA no? I’m not sure about this setup but I don’t know if there’s an offline option available.

Always verify with Rockstar servers for offline GTA V checks, though internet connectivity is usually sufficient unless the virtual machine faces routing problems. If Rockstar servers are down, checks may fail even with a stable internet connection.

I'm struggling with the costs. Rent is about £500, plus water and electricity, making it close to £650. Internet will add around £30, totaling roughly £680 for the month. That's a lot and won't be covered by student finance.

-scOfflineOnly Target executable (right click > Properties) Functioned on my PC - Social club version. Steam added it to launch options. I feel disappointed spending money on this game and missing out for two weeks without internet. I’m frustrated having to check online for details. Despite Rockstar’s impressive work on this title compared to the subpar console port, their strict copy protection approach hurt. I hope everyone can get the information they need quickly.
