I encountered this problem yesterday. When I started my computer and opened Steam, a blue screen appeared with the message "Windows has detected a problem and has shut down to prevent damage." This occurred repeatedly until I updated Windows, after which it resolved. Now, when I try to launch Steam, the computer starts normally for a moment but then crashes. I’m currently using Windows 7 Home Premium. If anyone has faced this issue or has a solution, please share your experience. Thank you!

Your PC crashes and captures the error messages, then searches online for answers. This helps identify the exact issue. I think the problem is likely due to overheating, which causes the system to shut down to avoid damage.
