I saved Gta V via Steam a year ago and it functioned properly until recently. Now, when I try to open it through Steam, the launch button is replaced with an install button instead of the play button. The game size is 80 GB, but my data cap isn’t sufficient. I attempted to install directly using the Steam launcher, expecting automatic detection, but it failed. It prompted me to follow the troubleshooting steps on their support site, yet the issue persisted. I’ve included all relevant photos.

It seems your installation is on a secondary drive. Verify that Steam searches for the library there (Settings → Downloads).

Have you attempted to reinstall Steam? I encountered a similar problem, but restoring the game resolved it for me.
