Hi guys, I'm having trouble updating or downloading anything on Steam and it's stuck at 0 bytes. I've tried changing the download region, turning off the firewall, reinstalling Steam, checking file integrity, repairing files, clearing the download cache, but I don't know what else to do. Please help me.

run command to clear DNS, restart PC and modem/router after unplugging for about 10 seconds, then power back on to refresh IP and DNS, ensuring connection with your ISP. Retry Steam.

Occasionally it does for me also. Usually I need to restart the modem and after that it functions properly again.
