It has occurred recently that my Steam client behaves oddly. It displays the library page but fails to show other sections like the store. Instead, a black screen appears, and I am unable to access the Steam community or related sites. The error message states that access is denied for "http://store.steampowered.com/" on this server. Do you rely on a VPN, school network, restricted network, or is there a child-like firewall on your internet connection?
if you turn off your vpn and you're part of a school network, let it go.
I am connected to my Home Network But I haven't used any VPN recently
