You’re not allowed to configure your own public IP address—it’s provided by your internet service provider. A good option is using services like noip.com that offer dynamic IP addresses with DNS forwarding. It’s been effective for over ten years.

Copy the current IP address. Modify the final bank number to a value from 002 to 254. Make sure it’s a valid, unused number.
