I understand what it's like, having gone through something similar a few years back. After updating Windows, power went out unexpectedly. The SSD didn't recognize the Windows installation on the Windows Media installer. I spent two weeks trying to force install with a USB stick, then tried cloning software to use the laptop's setup. Later, I watched an Indian guy's video and learned you could create a recovery drive by partitioning the laptop and copying the Windows install. I moved the laptop's HDD into my PC and connected both drives. When running the installation on the laptop's HDD, it worked after switching to the SSD. It took about half an hour and felt like a miracle.
I just don’t want to pay anyone, but I’ve been stuck with this issue for weeks now. Even swapping out the motherboard didn’t help. It’s been really annoying because I’m not comfortable with all the troubleshooting steps.
