So i've been having this issue with my PC for a few days now, first there were 2 short beeps when i tried to power it on and it wouldn't give any video output, i searched what the beep code was and i replaced the RAM. After i replaced the RAM it started giving me a 1 long and 3 short beep error when i tried to power it on and still no video output. The GPU fans are spinning when i turn it on but no image. i'll leave here the specs: Motherboard: Lenovo IS7XM Rev:1.0 CPU: I5-3570K 3.4 GHz GPU: R9 380X NITRO 4GB RAM: 2X4GB PC3 12800 BIOS: AMI Aptio

The error indicates the system isn't recognizing the memory. After swapping the RAM, it seems either it wasn't installed correctly or one or both slots are faulty. It could have been a defective slot rather than the RAM itself. You might want to test with a single stick of RAM to check if it works.

It seems both of the four RAM slots aren't functioning properly. Might it be a faulty motherboard or a defective CPU? The CPU appears normal, and the socket pins aren’t bent. I also experienced quite high CPU temperatures during the last run, exceeding 80°C.

It's rare that it's the CPU unless there's some physical damage. The temps unless they were well over 100 C wouldn't have damaged the CPU. A bad motherboard is more likely but unless you have another motherboard to try everything out it will be hard to know for sure.
