I just upgraded my GPU from a 560ti to a 970 and right after installing it, I started the game, adjusted the settings, and played for a short time. Now, when I begin the game, it crashes automatically at the black screen showing save icons and copyright information. Am I alone in this problem? I checked the game cache but it didn’t help.

Update the newest NVIDIA patches and perform a fresh install. If issues persist, use Uplay; after the play button, select the verify game files option—it should resolve the problem. For games like Fraps, close the app and try again.
