After seeking advice on PC construction, I finally completed the project. I'm really sorry about everything. It turned out to be a tough process. Once I posted it, I accessed the BIOS and applied the F4b update. Everything appeared fine until the Windows installation and driver setup. I used the built-in creation tool to install Windows. Since I didn’t have an Ethernet connection, I opted for the OOB passby method I found on YouTube. That resolved the issue now. I needed drivers for both the motherboard and GPU. Things took a turn when I downloaded the drivers for the B650 gaming ax v2 board and the Radeon driver for my 7900X to a USB drive from my laptop. I plugged it into my PC and installed them one by one. After restarting, I expected Wi-Fi to be ready, but it didn’t work. I noticed the chipset wasn’t downloaded, so I re-downloaded it—but the PC froze on the spinning wheel. I restarted again, still without a connection. Now I’m unsure if any drivers are compatible. My GPU driver seems questionable. I’m feeling lost and frustrated. Help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 7800X3D on a Gigabyte B650 gaming ax v2 motherboard.
Back when I set up that system a while ago, Gigabyte mistakenly included the incorrect network driver on the product site. It could have been resolved later, but for caution, it's best to obtain the driver directly from Realtek or AMD based on your board version.
Understand this, but consider getting it from another source. Gigabyte’s site sometimes includes drivers that don’t match, causing issues.
Check one of these two options to determine if it resolves the issue.
Visit the Dell support pages for the drivers:

The Gigabyte driver could be faulty.
