So I experienced some health problems and then purchased a new motherboard, CPU, memory, and M.2 drive. My intention was to keep using my existing SATA SSD with Windows 10 for now.
I installed everything and powered it on, but the new BIOS doesn’t detect any bootable devices. It only sees the SSD, but it can’t recognize it as a bootable system. I’ve been using this drive for years and spent a lot of time with ASUS support, who didn’t help.
Do you think there’s something wrong?
Thanks

Are you attempting to install an SSD with a prior Windows setup into a completely new motherboard/CPU/RAM setup? That seems unlikely to succeed. The usual advice is to perform a fresh installation—either on the old SSD or on the new M.2 drive.
I might not fully grasp your scenario?
Could you provide a detailed list of all the hardware you're planning to use, including brand names and model numbers?
