No one mentioned this trick that speeds up startup. Checking the Startup options in System Properties can help, but turning off the display of installed OSes may assist. Shutting down and rebooting often shortens the boot time, though it doesn't apply to a restart.

It's significantly quicker with the Samsung SSD 970 EVO NVMe M.2 250GB, but I'm not seeing it. Can you give me a few examples or details?

It worked successfully. The initial load time was 25 seconds, but it has improved to 12 seconds now.
