I installed a new motherboard today and everything connected properly. When I started posting, the yellow light came on, fans spun up, and RGB lights activated across all four RAM slots. I removed one RAM stick from the second slot and tried again. After tweaking the DRAM voltage and following the XMP profile, the PC booted successfully. Once updated with drivers on Windows, I powered it down and reinserted the remaining sticks. No boot-up occurred. I then swapped out two RAM modules—one in each second slot—and managed to get a start-up. On the Windows setup page, I reinstalled drivers and tried again. After shutting down the PC with the Windows method and adding another stick, it booted once more. If I didn’t replace them one at a time, the yellow light stayed on without progress. Once all four were installed, I played a few games to verify everything worked. All RAM slots appeared functional. To ensure reliability, I performed a shutdown, then powered back up. The PC restarted normally after a few minutes, but after a full PSU reset and a complete power-down, it failed to boot. I removed all RAM except one and reset the system using the steps I previously followed. I’m uncertain if a BIOS setting is causing the issue, so I’m pausing further changes until I resolve this. If anyone has advice, please let me know.
