However, the cable connects to the small power unit for the air compressor, and you’ll notice it doesn’t label the air pump—it reads 5V D+, with the note “add gen2_2” below.

They chose a Frankenstein style look, and the cable you're holding fits into the white compartment beneath it since both use 5V.

I managed to connect it again after reassembling it. I’m really hoping this is the final time I’m feeling completely new and uncertain.
