I attempted to run Gmod at 144Hz, but encountered an issue with my monitor. Adjusting the resolution or refresh rate might resolve the problem. Assistance available?

Your favorite subject title is the best I've ever seen. Make sure your drivers are updated, one. Two, verify your monitor's resolution and refresh rate. If your display is often set to 1440p at 60Hz, it might switch to 1080p at 144Hz, which could disrupt your workspace.

I keep my desktop settings matching my games' specs—120hz/144hz at 1080p. I think my monitor works fine without drivers since MSI models seem plug-and-play. I’m sure the newest GPU drivers are installed for my 1660 Super too. What else should I consider? The issue appears in the game as well.
