I'm trying to optimize my hardware performance by adjusting settings to achieve a 3200mhz clock speed for my RAM. From what I researched, it seems this isn't possible with my current configuration. My setup includes a Corsair CMK32GX4M4B3200C16 4x8 kit and a Ryzen 7 2700 CPU with a Vengeance LPX 32GB RAM. The ASUS motherboard I'm using isn't listed in the QVL for higher speeds, and I'm considering upgrading both the board and CPU to see if it would help.

Running four sticks at 3200 MHz seems quite heavy, likely due to constraints from the CPU's memory controller.

the b450-f reaches a maximum clock speed of 3200mhz, possibly verified by asus using just two dimms

It seems you’d probably need to replace both the motherboard and CPU for consistent 3200MHz performance across all four channels. For your Ryzen 7 3700X, the B550 or X570 options look like solid choices.

X570 offers support from Gen. B550 models with 3000 and higher, or it will be available once Zen 3 and 600 series chipsets arrive.
