With msi afterburner I increased the power limit to 111%, core clock +200, memory +500, and max temp is 80c. Is this an optimal setting? Is it secure? Could I go higher? Thanks.

I would raise the fan speeds to lower the temperature, then I'd suggest pushing a bit further.
