Hello everyone, just experienced a minor issue. I recently assembled a new PC with specifications that are a bit lower than expected. Everything is functioning smoothly, no major concerns. The challenge lies in the low frame rate during games—Warzone 2 displays 100-140fps, whereas most reviews claim 190+fps at 4K. I'm curious about the cause of this discrepancy? The components listed are MSI z790 carbon, Intel i9 13900K, DDR5, RTX 4090, MSI Suprim 1600W, EVGA PSU, Corsair XC7, 1TB NVMe monitor, and an Odyssey G9.

What temperatures are being recorded on the CPU? Which configurations are active? The RAM might perform better, though it won<|pad|>'s not be the main constraint.

CPU activity sits between 40-45%, temperature ranges from 48-58°C, GPU operates at 70% with a temperature of 62°C. Interface is minimal windowed border, quality set to extreme. VSync disabled, frame rate remains unrestricted.

Check CPU activity per core. Your processor has over 20 threads, yet the game isn't utilizing them.
