You just turned on Watch Dogs in Uplay, but it appears as a retail product and isn’t listed in your Game Library. You’re aware you’ve activated it and own the game, yet it’s missing from your collection.

I'm setting up Watch Dogs via the disc again. Maybe a refresh will help after installation. I also tried reactivating it, but it just confirms activation and asks to check the Game Library.

Oops... I used the "3 In-Game Bonus Pack" code instead of the real game key. It was hidden in the manual. What a mistake!
