Start your Windows system from a bootable USB or flash drive.
I just installed my PC and I need a USB stick to get Windows running tonight. Please help me! I only have the motherboard BIOS and can choose a boot drive. Edited August 29, 2020 by Kade b
You'll require a different computer to run the media creation utility and save the installation files onto your USB stick. After that, plug the USB into your new machine, enter BIOS settings, locate the boot menu, and choose your USB as the primary drive. Enter f10 to initiate the restart and begin the Windows setup from the USB.
You can use the ISO file directly to download it onto your USB drive. If it’s an ISO, ensure it’s in the correct format and you’re downloading it properly.
Choose the drive during setup when the installer prompts for installation location. This guide details each phase of the Windows 10 installation process.
Verify first then inquire. Booting from the pendrive will ensure everything is clear and provide all information.
