Hi, your PC becomes unresponsive right after booting, requiring repeated restarts through the case button. The Event Viewer reports a timeout during the Intel TPM provisioning service connection. Since you don’t have an Intel CPU, this might not be related to Intel hardware. It could be an issue with AMD processors as well. Check if AMD supports the same service and consider testing with another compatible CPU.

It seems the TPM provisioning service is not functioning. Could you try a different approach?

A tech expert suggested checking for BIOS updates as well.

It looks like the issue has been resolved. I assumed it was the BIOS because the last update was just a few weeks ago. Could have been a hardware problem.
