It could indicate a graphics card issue or insufficient power from the PSU to the GPU. I understand the ASUS motherboard and GPU aren't always reliable, as many components can fail. For instance, I recently bought an ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Hero with USB overcurrent protection; I suspect the chip controlling USB might be faulty.

Removing the extra monitors didn’t solve the issue—it caused a blank screen right after unplugging them before starting. This is really frustrating.

I noticed you've been working hard lately. This could indicate an issue with your GPU. You might want to remove it and connect it through the motherboard's back to your screen to see if the problem persists. If it still works, the issue may lie in the BIOS or Windows settings. If not, it could be a faulty GPU, especially since you've had this problem for a year—possibly it's defective or has been damaged over time.

In the past week I've tested different cables for my monitors, refreshed my BIOS and chipset drivers, and adjusted my GPU position. My next attempt is swapping my 3070 GPU for a 1050TI, which I have on hand, though going down to a 1050 feels quite tough.

Yes, at least temporarily. Once you upgrade to a new GPU, you won’t be able to use the computer because the Ryzen 7 5800X lacks an integrated GPU.

The graphics card sends signals through BIOS, but may stop working during Windows issues.

I finally got a new graphics card installed and everything is functioning properly. Starting now, I'm using an MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ventus 2X E 12G OC. Thanks to all the people who assisted me.

It's disappointing that the GPU ended up being the issue, but at least you switched to a better one.
