Hello everyone, I'm looking to upgrade my minimalistic Mustang Alpha. I'm interested in upgrading to a different marketplace, not the RSI site. I found two options: one on eBay with a seller who has a good reputation and a high number of sales, and another on Star Hangar, which is already known to be quite expensive. I don’t have many alternatives, so I’d appreciate your advice. I’m especially curious about this Mercury Star Runner when it launches.

According to the sites, both are "Grey Markets" and you should be cautious about whether the sellers are reliable. Purchasing from them may cost more than buying from RSI, but the items are only available for a limited time after their recent original launch, so don’t expect them soon. You might choose to take the risk or wait in hope they reappear, though the third choice seems to be opting for something else on sale.

You can rent ships if you’re playing the game and earn enough AUEC, which could be another possibility. You can also buy ships using AUEC, but I don’t think they’ll last long, although they’re expected to happen less frequently.

The star runner is still in the concept phase, so there are no specific timelines at this stage. If they begin with the Star Lifter around 4.x, we might see progress then.

It's interesting to note: it's not unusual to encounter deals (even with LTI) that are significantly lower than present RSI levels. Of course, comparisons are essential.
Safety varies too—some locations appear quite secure while others aren't so much. But I'll let someone more experienced handle the pricing details.
