This situation is quite unfortunate. Although the game is just starting out, it seems to function reasonably well for many players. I’m hoping a member of this forum can help resolve the issue. Wishing you good luck!

It looks like this might be a known issue from version 0.9. Have you attempted reinstalling the GPU drivers? Consider using older versions? Try reducing the settings? Ensure your PSU is providing sufficient power to the GPU (though that shouldn't usually be a problem). A suggestion from the community is worth checking: http://www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comm..._for_star/ It’s not identical, but it could help.

Is MSI afterburner active in the background or are you using OSD? @CatCloud the avatar is great!

Yep, infact I had to update to the latest drivers as I was using out dated ones for some time. Lowered the settings has been done, even tried running in Windowed mode. Got a 600W PSU and i'm fine for power. Appreciate the help, i have also submitted a ticket to RSI but they haven't responded as of yet I did come accross that reddit link however never got round to trying it completely, il have a go now EDIT: Just messing around with clock speeds so far. The problem is MSI's 970 automatically adjusts the card's speeds into different modes depending on what you're doing e.g. gaming so I need to disable this first, I think
