Hello! This might seem a bit off-topic for the forum, but here’s how OEMs like HP, Lenovo, and Acer typically set up Windows on their machines. I’ll walk you through the process of installing Windows in OOBE mode.

Steps:
1. Make a Windows bootable USB drive.
2. Insert the USB into your PC and boot from it.
3. Choose language and keyboard settings (see Image 1).
4a. Pick Edition (if applicable) (Image 2).
4b. Select partition (create and format) (Image 3).
5. Let the installation complete.
6. When your PC restarts, use CTRL+SHIFT+F3 to jump to the admin account (needs a restart) (Image 4).
7. Now you can install drivers and software (you may restart but avoid touching the setup tools until finished) (Image 5).
8. Run the System Preparation Tool to prepare for the next reboot (Image 6).
9. Proceed with initial setup steps (Image 7).

This method is currently tested on Windows 10 (Creator update). I can’t ensure it works on older versions.

I’m unsure about the outcome—perhaps I’d like a thorough walkthrough with plenty of visuals. Also, installing Windows OOB might feel similar to setting up standard Windows.

This was the part I liked most. "I'm going to demonstrate how to install" "step 3 install it" *claps*

It seems like you're referring to common knowledge about installing and configuring Windows. Most users on this forum are familiar with those steps.

I understand but I'm sure many people aren't familiar with this (OOBE install). You should check the comments too. Once, it took me 4 hours to research this topic thoroughly because I'm selling PCs with pre-installed Windows.

Absolutely, it's not widely required. You'd only need it if you were selling a PC. And wow, that lengthy explanation is quite long!

That's a huge disappointment because Microsoft is displaying that attitude toward OEMs, showing only a small part understands or cares.

In Croatia, online auctions feature many computers for sale. We even lack funds for bread because of the unsanitary rats known as politicians.

Most users are familiar with the initial setup process. Are you confused? I'm trying to understand why I'm spending hours searching for these instructions because my Athlon X4 PC is selling for 6500 kunas (about 650 dollars).
