For the Ryzen 3000 line, most users find values under 1.325V suitable for regular tasks. For brief performance tests, up to 1.4V is acceptable.

Check the recommended clock speed for your system. If it's high, you can increase it temporarily, but setting a normal fixed speed often provides better stability and performance.

Typical boost occurs around 4.2GHz. A high-quality device might run at 4.3GHz. At 4.4GHz, liquid cooling is recommended.
