All bios parameters were restored to default. Ran another stress test and the system failed after roughly half an hour. Performance remains under 5200 MT/s as expected.

Hey, I've got the exact same issue as you. The symptoms are identical on my side. My motherboard is an ASROCK X670E PRO RS. The power supply is a Seasonic TX-1000W Endorfy Navis 360 AIO on the CPU KC3000 with NVMe. Right now I'm using the same RAM setup you mentioned, just a 2x16GB configuration instead of 2x32GB. I'm sure the settings won't ensure stability, whether it's AUTO, EXPO or Manual. I also have a spare pair of Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5-6000 CL30 (models CMH32GX5M2B6000Z30K, 1.4V) – two 16GB units – and it worked the same way before. My ASROCK came with BIOS 1.09, running AMD AGESA 1.0.0.3 A. Because of the recent problems with burning 7XXX X3D CPUs, I upgraded the BIOS to version 1.24.AS02, which included a patch for AGESA to ComboAM5 1.0.0.7 and SMU 84.79.221. I didn't change any other BIOS, so I don't know if that helped or not. The random crashes and freezes made it impossible to diagnose the issue properly. I managed to run Windows for a day without problems, installed all drivers, and even played a short Total War session. The next day, random BSODs started again, and that's it. Now I can't even reinstall Windows because of the constant freezes.

I resolved the problem by purchasing another motherboard. Now I have an MSI Tomahawk with essentially the same parts, and it's been working smoothly for more than a week.

It seems like you're dealing with a fairly expensive repair, especially since this is your third attempt. The 14-day return policy means it's too late to exchange the MOBO. You might have to wait for updates in future BIOS versions. You're also considering an RMA, but you're unsure if it will help. Have you sold your old motherboards or are you planning replacements?

Latest BIOS from ASROCK (1.24) includes: 1. AGESA updated to ComboAM5 1.0.0.7a. 2. UEFI configuration optimized, fixing my issue. Using the same memory and manual timing settings from the Buildzoid YT video achieved great results.
