I experience several BSODs and can't safely boot or reinstall Windows 11 without crashing. I suspect a driver or cache problem. I ran SFC /scannow but it got stuck, indicating driver issues that need a restart to fix. Restarting from XConfusedources doesn't help. Manually shutting down the PC doesn't resolve it. If I replace my SSD and RAM with new parts, will that fix the driver problems?

I might be experiencing several BSODs and can't safely boot or reinstall Windows 11 without issues.
If reinstalling is impossible because of a BSoD, it could indicate problems with your RAM, storage, or the integrated memory controller on your processor.
What BIOS version do you have installed on your motherboard? Did you regenerate your bootable installer to eliminate a faulty installation? You may want to share a link to your RAM specifications.

On a different note:
When sharing troubleshooting threads, it's important to provide complete system details. List your specifications clearly, such as:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model.
BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

Just to emphasize, troubleshooting isn't about blaming a single part. You use replacement components to eliminate possibilities until you reach a logical answer.

Copy the memtest86 program onto a flash drive.
Power on the drive and start it.
Ensure no errors occur during operation.

I thought it would be simple to purchase more RAM and another SSD, as I was already planning to upgrade. However, I'm not entirely confident this will fix the problem.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand the issue with the WD 2 TB Blue HDD and will begin troubleshooting from scratch. Appreciate your support.
