It says hot plugging disabled and its greyed out, I couldn't find a way to enable it. A regular USB adapter didn't work at the computer shop. After he used a thing that looked like this https://www.amazon.de/-/en/IDE-SATA-USB-...B0CH37FQYX it worked. I'll keep you posted what Crucial says.

I managed to reach the important person and during the call they asked me to verify if I could view the SSD in the BIOS. I reconnected it again to confirm visibility in the BIOS. Once I closed the BIOS, the system started up normally. No adjustments were made. Crucial suggested it might be a loose connection. I think I’ll reassemble everything and test functionality again.
