The file size should be approximately 20 GB, though it may increase later. 120 GB would suffice, but 250 GB offers ample room for applications.
The cost gap between the 120Gb and 250GB versions is relatively small. Opt for the 250GB option. As noted, Windows 10 will use about 20GB after installation. The 250GB will let you store all your applications and active games comfortably (unless you have extremely large titles to install).
I have the 120 gb 850 evo for my windows 8.1 install. Plenty of space. Its a good drive for quality/money. Im gonna buy a 250 gb evo and both will have windows 10 so you'll be more than good!
