I own a GIGABYTE X570 AORUS MASTER (rev. 1.2) that’s functioning well. I recently added two new Intel 670p SSDs just for fun. However, neither appears in Windows settings but shows up in the BIOS.

You didn’t start the disk initialization in Computer Management or Disk Management. Some M.2 drives can cause inactive SATA ports, refer to your device documentation for details.

In Device Manager it isn't Disk Manager.
