You're experiencing higher temperatures despite using the same ambient conditions and games. It sounds like the cooling system isn't performing as expected. The fact that you cleaned the components but still saw increased temps suggests there might be an issue with airflow, dust buildup in hard-to-reach areas, or a problem with the cooler's efficiency under load. Checking for obstructions, ensuring proper ventilation, and verifying the cooler's fan operation could help identify the cause.

Are you certain the temperature remains consistent? 35°C feels quite warm. If it does, reapply and confirm the cooler is cooler while the MB bracket stays snug.

It drops to around 29°C at night, but temperatures stay similar while gaming. Would you like a clear guide on setting it up? You seem comfortable with physical tasks, so I can walk you through it step by step. Also, should I adjust the CPU fan curve using BIOS? If yes, how much should I raise the RPM?

You can also utilize paper towels. It doesn't really matter during actual testing. Make sure to clear away any remaining paper.
