I found at least two suspects and four clearly modded players today on BF4. In the video, one was using an aimbot client in the attack chopper, which let him direct his TOW rocket to any player 100% of the time. He could track any vehicle anywhere and eliminate it. He even took me out completely across the map, turning behind some buildings once. I don’t mind mods in games, they’re enjoyable. But modding multiplayer is another story. Adding features like moon jump or unlimited ammo in games such as Cod can be fun for everyone. An aimbot in Battlefield just makes you seem reckless.
Modding involves changing game features, while aimbots refer to exploiting or cheating during gameplay.
It turns out this person leads the BF4 squad on symthic.com... I still think it's an aimbot. But their profile seems genuine. Check it out: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/sol...882831/pc/ http://symthic.com/
Avoid drawing attention from the modding group who create content and claims to gain an edge over others by changing the game.
I just started playing Battlefield 4 on my PS4 to check it out, and wow! There’s this player ranked around 2nd with a KD of 70 or so—which is insane. I’ve noticed some incidents often, which really messes up the experience.
You're contributing to a larger issue by labeling online game cheaters as modders. Modders are generally positive individuals working to enhance or offer alternative experiences for gaming enthusiasts. The BF series has benefited from dedicated modding communities. "Hacker" or "cheater" is the appropriate term when discussing unauthorized access to games, whereas "hacker" refers to people interested in software or hardware.
