I manage a dual-monitor configuration using a KVM between my Windows 10 PC and laptop. When I open Spotify on my PC, the primary monitor freezes and displays "no DP connection found," while the secondary monitor functions normally. Switching monitors via KVM briefly restores the display but then crashes again. Releasing Spotify and re-activating the KVM resolves the issue. It appears the problem mainly happens when Spotify is shown on the first monitor, though it can occur elsewhere. Any advice would be greatly appreciated (I've already reinstalled Spotify).

It seems unusual. Can you confirm if the issue occurs without a KVM adapter? Just plug in the affected monitor and retry.

Consider switching to another HDMI cable or port on your PC and monitor or TV to eliminate hardware problems, or try using the Spotify desktop as a backup.
