I just played Dying Light and enjoyed it since I really like post-apocalyptic games, though that’s just my opinion. Also, I highly recommend the Metro series.

Dying Light is also a great game! Similar to Dead Island with parkour, but I don't enjoy the nighttime scenes. The zombies feel too strong.
