My specks: ASrock pro4 ryzen 7 2700x corsair vengeance rgb pro 3200 (set at 2333, won’t alter) 1tb 660 intel nvme ssd My RAM isn’t adjusting the clock speed even after testing various basic methods. I haven’t changed RAM timings and would rather avoid that.

You experimented with setting memory to XMP, pressing f10 after saving, and then reposting content.

I worked with both configurations and without the XMP option. The process is identical when you don't alter the settings and when you leave them unchanged.

You asked about the configurations you used. The options were Pro 4 with B450 or B450 x570. The BIOS is current.
