Hello, my name is Thom and I’m facing an internet issue. My plan was 200mbps, but it dropped to 80mbps recently. It only affects my PC and not others. I’ve tried changing the router, cables, running diagnostics, switching operating systems, altering ports, and updating or reinstalling drivers. Still nothing works. I’m feeling a bit lost now. Do you know how to resolve this?

No, I haven't tried reaching out to the ISP yet.

They continue to forward the same cable despite stating the issue isn't with it.

Did you attempt to clear all remaining items from the network? (You can easily do this by temporarily switching SSIDs)

Would you like to disable all other computers as well?

It’s occurring on a single PC, indicating an issue specific to that machine rather than the network. Unless WiFi is involved, the problem likely lies with the computer itself.

Other PCs also use cables but don’t face the issue. I think the problem might be specific to my own machine.
