Using two RAM sticks simultaneously with different speeds on the same motherboard could cause instability or conflicts. The system might struggle to manage the higher frequency (2400 MHz) compared to the lower one (1600 MHz), potentially leading to performance issues or hardware errors.
I understand, I wasn't relying on both. My old PC failed when I checked my 2400MHz RAM became unusable, but my 1600MHz one was fine. Just wondering if higher speeds could harm the RAM.
