A 3600 and particularly a 3200G (which is really Zen+) is essentially a step back compared to a 10700K. Opt for a 5800X instead, as it performs slightly better, or stick with the 10700K.

Yeah, that's likely to have little impact on Intel, particularly for gaming. Intel doesn't rely as much on memory as Ryzen does. Speed remains the best advantage, though returns slow down at higher performance levels.
