Because I mentioned it here, the download rate improved to over 60 Mbps. However, the upload speed appears to be the issue now. At times it couldn’t complete the test due to a lack of upload connection. The attached file shows the first five tests when connected directly to the router. The upload speed should be around 5Mbps. The last five are tests using various port connections in the switch, as recommended. I’m starting to wonder if I shouldn’t have chosen the cheapest switch on Amazon...

@ottoll Suggest trying a different switch and avoid unknown brands. Good 8-port unmanaged switches from TP-Link and Netgear are available for less than $20.
