Your speed drops unexpectedly when using the TP Link range extender. I've gone through several troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved the issue. Factory reset, unplug and plug again, reconnect the extender to the network, and adjust DHCP settings—still no improvement. Someone, please assist me.

It varies. It could be built-in with an internet connection or simply bouncing a Wi-Fi signal. If it's the latter, performance will drop and speed will decline as it keeps repeating a weak signal. Hardwiring is generally more reliable.

I don<|pad|> a bit of a challenge, but it works in range extender mode. Most other devices are fine, though on my Galaxy the 12 Mbps drops to just about 1 Mbps sometimes. I’m not sure what to do, any tips would be helpful?

It seems the issue might be with the device itself. I experienced slow Wi-Fi on older Galaxy phones, particularly non-flagship models. It could be intentional based on the overall performance.
