Hi! With a 21 Mbps connection, the download time for GTA V would be relatively quick. It should finish in just a few minutes. As for the Intel 4000 processor, it should work fine. Let me know if you need more details!

GTA doesn't work with today's Intel graphics cards. Iris Pro in Skylake supports GTA 720p at reasonable levels.

Don’t download it yet unless you have a GPU. It won’t work with Intel HD graphics... Still, after moving my desk and achieving much faster internet speeds than before, I managed to get the downloads in about 12–13 hours. That’s how I remember it.

I think the size is around 60000Mb. 21/8 equals 2.625. Dividing 60000 by 2.625 gives about 22857 seconds. That converts to 6.3 hours when you account for minutes and seconds.

According to the link, it takes about 6 to 7 hours. I discovered this video for running on an HD 4000.

Are you asking about 21 megabits or 21 megabytes? If it's bits, expect roughly 2 megabytes per second download. With your 6 megabyte per second connection, it would take around three hours to finish the download. Also, don’t purchase the game without a GPU...
