It seems a basic restart might resolve the issue. Connected items: 1 PC, 3 Phones, 1 TV. Problems: Wi-Fi turned off, only PC via cable works; logging disabled locally remains; CWMP isn't active by default.

Discovered the issue under Security -> Access Control. Turning off Access Control restores speeds above 490Mbit/s. Activating it without whitelisting or blacklisting brings the speed down to 260Mbit/s. Appreciate your assistance.
